DIY McGee & Co Brass Bow Tree Ornaments
Recreating Seasonal Decor…
I’m so happy to be finally showing off my DIY McGee & Co brass bow tree ornaments. This was a DIY when I first saw this seasonal decor, I knew I wanted to recreate it. They are so pretty and delicate. Plus, I knew that I could somewhat dupe them for my own Christmas tree.
If you’re new to the blog or my YouTube channel, then you won’t know my driving force behind most of my DIYs. They tend to fall into two categories, either I cannot get them here in the UK or it’s too expensive for me to justify spending money on. These DIY McGee & Co brass bow ornaments fell into the first category. Now, if Stuido McGee was available here in the UK, then I’m screwed.
For now, I’m going to continue with my DIYs. Starting the season with these DIY McGee & Co brass bow tree ornaments. Now, as much as I would have loved to have given metal-work a go, I wanted to make sure that this was something everyon could recreate. So I decided to go with air-drying clay. The DIY turned out beautifully. They are not 100% a match to the OGs, but I still think they are gorgeous and now proudly hang on my Christmas tree.

Such a great idea! Love them xx
