Toasted Baguette & Herby Cheese Dip
An Easy Dish to Serve Up this Summer…
I love a good easy dish for summer, and this toasted baguette and herby cheese dip is perfect. If you can’t tell, a lot of the things I like to eat during the summer are light, fresh and require very little cooking. This dish I find is perfect for warm summer evenings. Ideal for sharing, so you need to make this for your next dinner party.
This dip is so easy to make, it’s just cheese and fresh herbs. I love chives and basil, it goes perfectly with the cheese that I picked. The cream cheese with the strong goat’s cheese is perfect. However, you could just go with the cream cheese or any other soft cheese. Same with the bread. You could also use a sourdough loaf instead.
Again, it’s important the type of platter you serve this gorgeous dish on. This serving dish with a salad would be perfect for your next dinner party. However, if you fancy an indulgent snack, then go straight from the oven dish to your place. It’s exactly what I would do on a cold evening. This toasted baguette and herby cheese dip are so comforting.
