2019 November Goals
Rounding out the year…
Wow, can you believe we are almost at the end of the year? Time surely flies and I can’t believe that we are coming up to 2020. It’s going to be a big year for me next year, (hello, 30th birthday) and I’m rather looking forward to welcoming in the new year. For now, I’m concentrating on my November goals. It’s a month of celebration and I plan to put out all the stops. Here are my 2019 November goals…
CELEBRATE MY BIRTHDAY.
As of today, I’m putting on my birthday crown. November is my birthday month and I’m celebrating my last year of being in my twenties. As my birthday falls on a Saturday so the plan is brunch and dinner out. Feeling fancy and I’m going to enjoy it. Most likely I’ll be recording it on my Instagram Stories if you fancy following along with my celebrations.
GET BACK INTO FITNESS.
I was on the fitness bandwagon for a bit (I was really into the Sweat app- love it for working out at home). However, since life got busy and I got ill, that’s not happening anymore. It takes a while for something to become a habit, so my plan is to jump right back into the healthy eating and working out regularly. I don’t want to use a new year as an excuse, I want to ensure that I’m on the right track for being the healthiest I can be for 2020. This starts today…
GET READY FOR THE NEW YEAR.
I’ve talked about the new year a lot, but getting ready for a new start is important for me. I have one or two projects that have come up that I’m excited about but are going to need some organisation to ensure that I execute them to the best of my ability. As I really want to enjoy Christmas as much as I can, so doing what I can do to prep now means I can enjoy my festive period. Wish me luck.

Getting back into fitness is also a big one for me, as I have been sick for the past month and a half and couldn’t work out at all 🙁 Another one is to step up my reading. At least I want to read 20 books in 2019, so it’s time for a final push!
